volunteering during the Olympics as \u201cGames Makers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Professor Axford is a member of Olympic village management team; Professor Woo is\u00a0part of the Limousine service for the Olympic family and Carolyn is a National Olympic\u00a0committee assistant for Madagasgar.<\/p>\n<p>Games Makers will take on a wide variety of roles across the venues: from welcoming<br \/>\nvisitors; to transporting athletes; to helping out behind the scenes in the Technology<br \/>\nteam to make sure the results get displayed as quickly and accurately as possible.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" St. George&#8217;s Healthcare his\u00a0vision of an integrated musculoskeletal centre and that\u00a0this should be the focus for a Charity appeal.<\/p>\n<p>Under Professor Axford&#8217;s direction the Joint Effort Appeal\u00a0was launched in 1998 and was successful in raising a\u00a0significant sum of money.
